Metta in Pali is a demostration of benevolence, good will, friendliness, and kindness. Kindness first towards themselves,then to one’s loved ones, friends, teachers, strangers, enemies, and finally towards all living beings.
The instructors and therapists at Metta Studio aim to bring the idea of Metta to all by offering Eastern influenced yoga and bodywork aimed to bring harmony and balance back into the students lives.
Being in balance physically and spiritually helps students move toward achieving loving kindness (Metta) to themselves
first and then towards others.
